FAQ

Questions buyers usually ask.

A practical overview of the platform, implementation, content, and working with MindPave.

Is MindPave a traditional LMS?

MindPave includes learning-management capabilities, but its focus is broader: capturing company-specific knowledge, organizing it into operational systems, and turning it into learning experiences employees can use.

Do we have to create all of the content ourselves?

No. MindPave implementation can include knowledge capture, content design, workspace configuration, and the development of initial lessons, Field Guides, and quizzes.

Can we use our existing SOPs and materials?

Yes. Existing procedures, presentations, documents, videos, and training materials can become source material for a more organized and engaging experience.

Can different teams see different content?

The platform is designed to organize content by company, collection, category, role, and audience. Specific access requirements are reviewed during implementation.

How long does implementation take?

Timing depends on the amount of content, number of stakeholders, and complexity of the initial workspace. A focused initial implementation can often be planned in phases rather than attempting to capture everything at once.

What happens after launch?

Your team can continue adding and updating content, while MindPave can also provide ongoing consulting, content development, and platform support.

How is pricing structured?

Enterprise pricing generally combines implementation and consulting with an ongoing platform fee based on the scope and size of the organization.

Can MindPave support referrals or channel partnerships?

Yes. We are open to working with advisors, consultants, brokers, associations, and other partners who serve organizations facing knowledge-transfer and workforce-readiness challenges.
